Welcome to Kids Club! We aim to provide a stimulating, but calming beginning and end to the school day.

Children can meet their friends from different schools, and engage in a wide variety of activities, or sit quietly with a book if they prefer.

Kids Club is separated into two rooms, infants and juniors. The Infants room is set up into several different areas, a role play area, construction, board games, sand, water, creative area and a relaxing reading area. Our Junior room has activities for older children, including a pool table, table football, Nintend0Wii and Sony PlayStation, as well as various board games and art.

We like to use the local outdoor environment whenever we can, and make many visits to the large school playing fields, the park, the tennis courts and the nature park. We have also recently joined the library and will be making monthly visits to read and choose books to take back to Kids Club.

In addition to a wide range of activities, Staff are happy to help children with homework or listen to them read.

Children are collected from a range of local schools either on foot or by mini-bus depending on distance.

We collect from these 5 local schools:

  • Boughton Heath
  • Cherry Grove
  • Christleton
  • Huntington
  • Saighton

On their arrival the children are provided with a drink and then we serve a high tea at 4.15pm. There are a wide variety of activities to choose from such as art and crafts, imaginative play and board games to name a few. Staff are happy to help children with their homework or listen to them read, although most children use this time as an opportunity to wind down after a busy day.

Weather dependent we make the most of every opportunity to be outside playing games in the fresh air.
